Spring Rates (Mar, Apr, May) & Fall Rates (Sep, Oct, Nov) $125/night $770/week Summer Rates (Jun, Jul, Aug) & Winter Rates (Dec, Jan Feb) $145/night $910/week An additional 10% of the rental fee will be charged for the Florida lodging tax. During holiday weeks/weekends and special events, rates are higher. Please contact Carolyn for details. There is a cleaning fee of $95 for any length of stay. |
